At Beyond ONE, I’m designing and building a GenAI agent that connects observability data from SigNoz and incident management through FireHydrant with product knowledge to detect anomalies and trigger incident workflows. I also built Java Spring Boot microservices for Virgin Connect Roam, including referral systems, promotional rewards, and Yuno payment orchestration.
For Virgin Connect Roam, I helped grow orders from 125 to 865 and users from 13.8K to 191.6K over 13 months, while conversion rose from 27.6% to 56.5%. Revenue grew from $25K to $123K, and customer drop-off fell from 54.8% to 25.0%.
At Careem, I shipped features across Go, Java, and PHP microservices and led a legacy PHP-to-Go migration. I also led AWS Graviton platform optimizations that cut infrastructure costs by $200K per month, and redesigned architecture to remove a central database dependency.
