I’m a Software Engineer II focused on Backend & AI Systems, designing production-grade services where LLMs and distributed systems work dependably in real life. I build microservices and event-driven architectures that prioritize high availability, reliability engineering, and fault tolerance.

At Bazaar Technologies, I engineered and deployed a distributed AI-powered WhatsApp customer care system using Java and Python (FastAPI microservices), achieving 94% autonomous query resolution and reducing agent ticket volume by 82%. I also designed a client-side voice AI agent (Google ADK and LiteLLM) that serves 30,000+ production users, enabling real-time voice transcription, intent resolution, and in-app action execution with plug-and-play LLM routing.

I architect multi-agent workflows using OpenAI Agents SDK and LangGraph to automate onboarding, transactions, and cash flow processes, applying system design planning and event-driven architectures for reliable agent orchestration across complex systems. To keep quality and cost under control, I implemented multi-layer latency and cost optimization—semantic caching for repetitive queries with pgvector and Supabase RAG, prompt caching strategies, and pre-cached workflow step responses to reduce redundant LLM calls at scale.

In parallel, I built a high-concurrency Go-based Proof of Delivery distributed system for low-latency order processing and real-time synchronization across services, collaborating in Agile with product and engineering teams to deliver on AWS and Azure. Earlier, as an AI Engineer intern, I developed LangChain/LangGraph agentic systems and RAG document pipelines, adding monitoring, logging, and debugging practices. I’m currently strengthening my foundation through a BSc in Computer Science from NUCES FAST, where I’ve been recognized on the Dean’s List and participated in national-level hackathons and competitive programming.
