At Procter & Gamble, I built a real-time Redis Pub/Sub event pipeline for unplanned production stops, enabling live AI-guided troubleshooting. I also developed an LLM-powered release notes feature integrated with GitHub Actions.

At Careem, I developed Python microservices and led the architecture and development of an LLM-powered bug triage platform using GPT Vision and Faiss, achieving 80%+ prediction accuracy. I also built a hybrid time-series forecasting model for food order volume prediction.
