I’m an Engineering Team Lead (Growth) who serves as a technical reference and helps teams ship reliably. I lead multiple projects, estimate scope, contribute to design discussions, break work into smaller tasks, and keep delivery aligned with the agreed timeline.
I’m especially focused on growth: I implement A/B experiments and translate results into improved conversion rates and company value. I also lead code reviews and run technical interviews to help hire the most fitting talent for the team.
Previously, I led a team of 4 front-end engineers at RTIC Outdoors, owning front-end delivery for the company and two additional e-commerce sites. I reported daily progress to the CTO and drove execution by developing and tracking timelines to reach targets, while maintaining clean, best-practice code.
Across roles at Toptal, In The Vine, Spiralyze, and Upwork, I’ve built and refined pixel-perfect frontend experiences, partnered with QA to troubleshoot design issues, and delivered winning A/B tests (including reported +200% conversion lift and up to 150% lead boosts). I also work comfortably across the stack—designing scalable APIs, improving efficiency, and producing clear technical documentation.
