At Synergy IT, I manage a portfolio of logistics technology projects for European markets, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

I lead scope, resource, risk, and delivery planning; facilitate Agile ceremonies; and coordinate system implementations, cloud migrations, and GDPR compliance programmes. I also introduced workload forecasting to improve capacity planning and reduce delivery delays.
