At the Ministry of Livestock & Animal Husbandry, I lead procurement and logistics operations for a World Bank-funded project in Puntland. I develop procurement plans and ensure compliance with applicable procurement rules and procedures.
I coordinate tendering from bid preparation and evaluation through contract administration, and manage procurement of goods, services and consultancy assignments. I also supervise transportation, warehousing and inventory operations.
At Puntland Television & Radio, I managed accounting transactions and financial reporting, prepared budgets and monitored expenditure. My training includes public procurement and contract management, project management, and World Bank procurement.
