I am a highly motivated Agronomy graduate with a strong passion for Plantation and Industrial Forestry. My expertise lies in Data Management, where I have a proven track record of driving efficiency and quality. Currently, I serve as a Specialist MBOS Forestry at PT Wirakarya Sakti (APP Group), where I excel in consolidating and processing critical data for Index Competition across all Business Units.

In my role, I spearhead the preparation, submission, tracking, and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various business units, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. My analytical skills allow me to conduct in-depth analyses of monthly Planting Quality Assessment results, which inform strategic decisions. I thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments and consistently demonstrate exceptional discipline, accountability, and collaborative team leadership.

Previously, I interned at PT Roesli Taher, where I contributed to seedling production and maintained accurate records of growth and health. My experience in both roles has equipped me with the skills necessary to support improvement projects and employee development initiatives effectively.
