At Biznet Gio Cloud, I support Enterprise Cloud, NEO Cloud, GIO Backup, hosting, and domain services through live chat, tickets, email, and phone. I troubleshoot web and database services, WHM/cPanel installations, hosting and email migrations, and virtual-network issues including firewalls, NAT, and port forwarding.
I also monitor cyber threat warnings through Open XDR, verify incidents, escalate true positives to Level 2 Security Investigators, and provide shift-handover reports for a 24/7 SOC team.
Alongside operations work, I build and maintain internal web tools, implement UI/UX designs, manage WordPress websites, and create customer-facing knowledge base content through product usage simulations.
