Currently serving as an IT Supervisor at Sheraton Aleppo Hotel, I oversee the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all technology-related activities. My role involves managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining IT systems, and providing technical support to both staff and guests.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented IT policies and best practices to ensure data security and efficient operations.
