What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine hands-on IT support, networking, and technical operations with Python, SQL, APIs, and n8n automation to reduce repetitive work and improve operational processes.

I support IT operations at Ismaili Council, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and IT equipment while helping deploy practical technical solutions.

I previously operated Epsilon Center, where I repaired laptops and electronics, supported customers, and handled procurement, inventory, equipment deployment, and technical services.

I'm building automation projects with Python, MySQL, n8n, Linux, and APIs, including network monitoring, job-search workflows, and load-balancing simulations that reduce repetitive operational work.
