What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and strengthen secure IT infrastructure, network security, cloud services, data protection, and digital transformation initiatives in humanitarian, healthcare, or private-sector environments.

I've supported secure, reliable IT operations for MECC, the Italian Hospital, GOPA-DERD, and Obegi Consumer Products across Syria.

At MECC, I administer IT systems, network security, backups, data-control protocols, budgets, procurement, and asset tracking. I also evaluate performance and recommend strategic upgrades.

Previously, I led a 10-member IT team at GOPA-DERD and managed Cisco networks, Windows and SQL servers, endpoint security, VPS hosting, CCTV, PBX, and regional installations.

I've delivered networking and cybersecurity coursework at Damascus University, led disaster-recovery planning and IT training, and supported remote operations during COVID-19. My work spans Azure, Office 365, VMware, firewalls, ERP systems, and technical support.
