What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging executive position with an aggressive, forward-looking organization where I can leverage my management, operations, business development, and strategic leadership experience to deliver strong results.

I've led plant, workshop, and operations functions for Darwish Engineering Emirates, CCC, Arabtec Construction, Johnson Controls, and Al Salah Heavy Equipment Maintenance across the GCC.

At Johnson Controls, I managed the full P&L for the GCC Solutions Business, leading multi-geographical sales, B2B partnerships, CRM implementation, technicians, engineers, forecasting, margins, and regional business plans.

On major construction projects including Zahia City Center, Midfield Terminal Building, and Qusawira Field Development, I've managed plant machinery, vehicles, logistics, rigging, inspections, repair, maintenance, mobilization, budgets, and operational cost control.

I started as a workshop engineer at Darwish Engineering Emirates and progressed into plant leadership, combining machinery engineering with business development, contract negotiations, vendor management, team development, and customer-focused delivery.
