I’ve led complex product design work for Apple, GitHub, Delta Dental, Mercado Libre, Wells Fargo, AT&T, and SaleHoo, turning ambiguity into scalable SaaS and web-app experiences.
At Formula.Monks, I designed Delta Dental’s analytics platform migration to a multi-tenant ecosystem and led OOUX workshops to map roles, power users, and user stories. I’ve also designed Apple’s vendor shipment portal and helped shape GitHub Security Findings during its paved-path strategy phase.
I bring experience across e-commerce, education, health insurance, fintech, and DevOps. Beyond product work, I co-founded UX Writing Academy, reached 160 students across 12 LATAM countries, and mentor designers on portfolios, research, UI design, and career paths.
