What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead practical AI transformation, product strategy and hands-on engineering—turning AI into measurable, secure and repeatable business outcomes while building strong teams.

I'm currently building an agentic multi-layer contextual translation service at Localize.pl and relaunching the company as an AI-transformation consultancy. Previously at 3di Information Solutions, I created the vision, roadmap and architecture for a five-product AI and content-technology ecosystem, while establishing firm-wide AI policy, standards and adoption programmes.

Across 20+ years in IT, localization and senior management, I've led product delivery, R&D, engineering teams and technology budgets; founded and grew Localize.pl; and designed XL8 TMS, a SaaS translation platform. I turn complex, non-deterministic AI behaviour into secure, repeatable processes, combining hands-on engineering with practical training, measurable outcomes and clear product strategy.
