At Shawbrook Bank, I built a Central PMO from scratch for a UK FinTech environment under FCA and PRA regulatory scrutiny. The PMO reached 94% adoption in 90 days, with a 98% audit pass rate and zero compliance failures.
In my independent consulting work, I apply AI-augmented delivery practices and built four live tools, including Delivery Pulse and the PMO Maturity Assessment Tool. I’ve also governed programmes in aviation, financial services, manufacturing, and technology, and hold CSM and CSPO certifications.
