I’m looking for a role where I can own product operations end-to-end, partner with cross-functional teams, and improve workflows through user research, fast troubleshooting, and measurable customer impact—building customer-centric digital products.

I’m a product and operations professional who leads end-to-end product operations across multiple digital products—managing user support, issue resolution, testing, release coordination, and process improvements. In my current role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn customer feedback into operational workflows that work in the real world.

My work is grounded in hands-on research and measurable outcomes: I conducted 10+ and 20+ customer/stakeholder interviews to identify workflow bottlenecks, then translated that input into role-based workflows and improved onboarding and support experiences. For product execution, I’ve automated key operational steps by integrating Cashfree Payments for Yard Deck and managed end-to-end event operations supporting 400+ registrations across live events. Earlier, at Wiingy, I worked with 30+ users to uncover usability friction and supported experimentation that improved customer engagement by 30%, and at CHINT India Energy Solution I reduced analysis time by 75% by automating repetitive research workflows.
