At Authect, I build and lead a multi-tenant SaaS CRM, owning its LLM-powered assistant, backend architecture, and production delivery. I designed the chatbot to answer natural-language questions using live tenant and business data, connecting model responses with permissions, backend services, and CRM domain logic.
I've progressed from software development into AI engineering and project leadership, coordinating a four-person engineering team while remaining hands-on with TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and deployment. I also build end-to-end machine-learning projects in market forecasting, investor profiling, and security anomaly detection using Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and reproducible evaluation workflows.
