At CoreX Corp, I built a Service Graph Connector from the ground up through ServiceNow Store certification. I also support and recertify existing IT/OT connectors with each new ServiceNow platform release.
I develop official ServiceNow Store applications using the Now SDK and take them through the build-to-certification lifecycle. My integration work spans Source-to-Pay, Vulnerability Response, Incident, Security Incident, and Service Mapping.
I also deliver OT and Security Incident implementations, including custom Service Portal widgets and ITSM configuration. My work includes client scripts, business rules, and CMDB solutions.
