At DB Schenker Americas, I designed and implemented EDI messaging flows in formats including X12, 837, 835, and 850, working with clients to shape solutions around their needs. I also developed EDI maps for air, ocean, and land logistics using Axway Datamapper and the SWORD interface.
I provided production support for EDI transactions across multiple regions, investigating mapping, transmission, and processing errors and handling incidents in ServiceNow. I also organized the support team's incident queue to decrease response time.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I designed and supported message flows with IBM Integration Bus and IBM App Connect Enterprise, including HL7 processing with IBM MQ. I also worked on Axway file-transfer flows, shell scripting, and EDI transfers, and delivered internal training on Axway Central Governance and Axway B2Bi.
