I’m an experienced Master Data / BI Reporting Manager known for leading international teams and delivering global data governance projects that turn complex integrations into faster, better decisions. I specialize in creating a reliable “single source of truth” for master data and removing operational silos through process standardization and continuous improvement.
In my recent roles across Europe and global functions, I’ve partnered with IT and leveraged tools like Databricks and Power BI to automate complex reporting and improve data readiness, validation, and accuracy. I’ve also built agentic AI frameworks to reduce manual effort and strengthen conflict resolution and cross-functional reporting workflows.
What drives me is building systems that scale: I implemented new product definition standards (including C-SKU) across global JTI platforms, led a 2-year Global Harmonized Reporting effort delivering Power BI solutions for 70+ markets, and automated 20+ Excel-based processes using Power BI composite models connected to a centralized SQL Azure data warehouse—efficiency gains equivalent to 3 FTEs saved.
