What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT, cybersecurity, or GRC role where I can apply my security-systems support experience, incident documentation, troubleshooting, compliance verification, and growing cybersecurity knowledge.

I've supported secure operations across 50+ retail stores and warehouses at WHECO, providing remote troubleshooting for access control, CCTV, surveillance systems, NVRs, BIS boxes, and connected devices.

I log incidents, actions, and outcomes to maintain audit trails, support escalation workflows, and help restore functionality for non-technical users in a 24/7 control room environment.

Before WHECO, I spent six years at MARS Technologies installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems, CCTV cameras, gate motors, access-control hardware, DVR/NVR systems, and IP camera networks for residential and commercial clients.

I'm building on this hands-on security background through cybersecurity training, virtual job simulations, self-directed labs, and a Computer Science degree in progress as I transition into IT, cybersecurity, or GRC work.
