I’m an electronic engineer with 25+ years of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure—covering POS, networks, CCTV, and the day-to-day coordination of field teams. I focus on turning complex incidents into stable, reliable service for organizations that depend on their technology working every day.
In recent roles, I’ve led field service operations and managed SLA-driven support while administering resources, assets, and coverage.
