At Dignity Do The Right Thing (DTRT), I inspected garments for quality and consistency and supported garment finishing by following production instructions and workplace procedures.

I also checked finished items for issues and helped maintain required quality standards while supporting daily production targets with team members.

In my customer support response samples, I practised writing polite replies to concerns such as delayed delivery and incorrect products. I focused on acknowledging concerns, asking for order details, and explaining next steps without promising an outcome before checking policy.

I created a basic customer order tracker in Google Sheets to organise customer names, order numbers, items, and statuses. I’m preparing for entry-level customer support, customer service, and virtual assistant work, and building practical skills in digital documents, spreadsheets, customer communication, and online work tools.
