In my current role as a Senior Associate, Delivery Enablement (Senior PMO), I support a portfolio of 550+ headcount with annual revenue of USD 30 Million+, ensuring seamless execution of financial, operational, and governance processes across multiple strategic accounts.

I own core project financial operations—FTE/revenue forecasting, revenue booking, milestone tracking, invoice generation, expense reviews, and billing event readiness—while maintaining real-time forecasting, billing, and headcount trackers that improve data visibility and leadership decision support.

I also own the end-to-end resourcing lifecycle (IRC creation, approvals, candidate pipeline tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and fulfillment follow-ups). I strengthen data governance and drive process improvement and automation to reduce manual effort, streamline PMO workflows, and maintain high data accuracy for delivery excellence.
