I am a Project Management Officer with hands-on experience managing project financials, billing operations, and resource governance across multiple account types. I focus on realistic planning, continuous learning, and converting analytical insight into measurable outcomes.

At my current role I manage budgeting, cost tracking, revenue forecasting, margin monitoring, and invoice lifecycle activities for T&M, fixed-price, device-based, and recurring billing models. I partner closely with delivery and finance teams to ensure revenue recognition compliance and contractual alignment.

I lead resource financial governance including allocation tracking, onboarding/offboarding cost impact, bench movement, and utilization reporting, while supporting FP&A through variance analysis and dashboards. I also conduct regular risk and compliance audits to maintain financial and operational adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Earlier roles include content moderation, team productivity reporting, and assistant marketing responsibilities where I managed export documentation, exhibition coordination, promotional materials, and cross-functional communication. I bring strong fundamentals in financial management, compliance, and resource management supported by an MBA in Business Management.
