I’m a techno-functional Dynamics 365 CRM consultant delivering end-to-end solutions across requirements gathering, workflow automation, and Power Automate–driven processes. I lead UAT/SIT, drive Agile delivery, and manage stakeholders to align business objectives with scalable CRM capabilities. I’m known for bridging business and technical teams to enable seamless integrations and strong user adoption.
In my current role, I’ve coordinated UAT, SIT, Go-Live, and post-deployment stabilization with minimal production disruption for 60 change requests. I led an omnichannel notification framework enabling real-time Push, SMS, and Email for 500,000+ monthly end users, and I built reusable CRM workflow templates to speed delivery. I also support CRM in production—covering workflows, knowledge base, interaction history, integrations via BizTalk/SoftwareAG middleware, and SSIS data synchronization—while improving throughput for high-volume notification updates.
