Guided the team to implement the Childcare Operating Funding (CCOF) Dynamics 365 online system, including requirement analysis and data migration. Led go-live successfully in Oct 2023 and supported ongoing phase 2 development.

Led data migration for an enterprise Dynamics 365 solution combining Finance, Sales, and a PowerApps portal. Produced data mappings and performed data loads across multiple environments in partnership with client stakeholders.

Led development delivery for the Independent and Offshore School Administration System (IOSAS) built on Dynamics 365 online. Conducted backlog grooming and guided client and developers through implementation for phase one completion with high client satisfaction.

Implemented enhancements for the Skills Training Grant program and led development team execution. Built new functionality using C#, Entity Framework, and AngularJS with production releases and minimal, low-impact issues.

Designed survey automation for the PRE Survey Tool using Microsoft Customer Voice and Power Automate. Built email delivery automation and survey data automation to support an online-only outcome survey process.

Worked as a senior Dynamics CRM developer on CARMA, a case-processing subsystem for road safety incidents. Completed the final phase of a 2-year contract and achieved a very high client rating upon delivery.

Designed and implemented a new loan application process using Dynamics CRM alongside custom .NET applications. Integrated CRM workflows with a RabbitMQ service bus and backend systems to support end-to-end processing.

Led a small offshore team of four members in a multi-vendor initiative to build an aircraft subscription system. Extended an existing custom SharePoint application with maintenance dashboards for improved operational visibility.

Implemented multiple enhancements for the ATOMS web application supporting apprenticeship programs, exam inventory, and fees. Contributed within a large structured team to deliver iterative system improvements.

Developed web applications supporting clinical trials research in the pediatric department at the University of Alberta and Royal Alexandra Hospital. Delivered multiple projects to support research workflows and application needs.
