I’m an operations and analytics professional with ~4 years of experience across FinTech and e-commerce, focused on turning operational signals into clear, data-driven actions. I combine payments operations expertise with KYC compliance and funnel analytics to improve outcomes for users, vendors, and leadership.

In payments, I streamlined NEFT/IMPS/RTGS payout operations by using vendor escalations and root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce transfer failures and raise settlement success. I also led vendor migration toward IMPS by analysing routing performance, which improved settlement speed and transaction completion rates.

On the KYC side, I managed end-to-end onboarding to sustain a 96%+ approval rate through proactive partner follow-ups and exception handling. I built SQL-powered Metabase dashboards to track stage-wise drop-offs, produced weekly KYC health reports, and helped drive targeted interventions that improved onboarding conversion.

I enjoy partnering across functions—working with Tech, Design, Marketing, and Data Engineering—to identify friction, validate improvements with analytics, and deliver crisp stakeholder reporting. Whether it’s automating payout alerts, analysing Microsoft Clarity session recordings, or running growth and retention initiatives, I aim to make operations measurably better and easier to scale.
