At Capgemini, I configure and schedule batch jobs for IKANO Bank in VTOM, including NightChains across multiple regions. I optimized VTOM job chains, reducing execution time by 10%.
I also work on Capgemini’s ENEL account, configuring and scheduling batch jobs and Job Chains in Control-M. I diagnose agent-level errors with shell scripting and write scripts for large-scale file data transmission.
Across these engagements, I investigate job failures, handle high-priority incidents through ServiceNow, and participate in migrations from legacy batch systems. I’ve also redesigned VTOM workflows to resolve recurring job dependency issues.
