At Giant Leap Systems, I engineered and deployed a production NL-to-SQL agent on GCP Vertex AI Agent Engine. It queries a 13-table BigQuery warehouse through a pipeline with SQL validation, cost guards, and a streaming interface.
I also built a production AI ITSM pipeline on Cloud Run and Cloud SQL for ticket classification, recurring-issue detection, and structured ticket staging. It includes a tool-calling reporting agent and a human-review dashboard.
As a Data Scientist Intern (AI Track) at Giant Leap Systems, I architected a microservices agent platform with A2A protocols, MCP tools, and human-in-the-loop governance. My projects include a LangGraph GraphRAG verification system and AI products for wealth advisory and personalized outreach.
