At Equifax, I architect and own a production GenAI analytics chatbot used by 200–250 people across more than five teams. It lets business users query enterprise data in natural language, generate and execute SQL, create visualizations, and summarize results.
I orchestrate multi-stage agentic workflows with Google ADK, Gemini, and specialized tools for SQL generation, execution, error correction, visualization, and summarization. I also built RAG capabilities across hundreds of enterprise documents, combining grounded retrieval and source citations with database analytics.
I own production deployments, releases, and maintenance, and have resolved more than 20 production incidents across India–US engineering teams. I introduced end-to-end correlation-ID tracing across frontend, backend, LLM, tool, and database logs to speed root-cause analysis.
I’ve also led AI architecture and data-extraction strategy for modernizing about 210 business rules into deterministic, machine-readable workflows. Earlier, I built analytics dashboards and administrative tools at AvidAutoTech and processed speech-to-text datasets for NLP work at DataLumina.
