I want to support customers by solving complex device and account issues, using strong technical troubleshooting and communication. I’m looking for a team where quality matters, workflows improve, and I can keep taking ownership of problems until resolved.

I’m a dedicated, results-oriented Technical Support Advisor (L2) with 3 years of experience at Teleperformance, supporting devices and services with advanced troubleshooting. I focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software, hardware, connectivity, and account-related issues while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and quality standards.
