I’m a practising legal professional focused on corporate insolvency (IBC/NCLT), commercial arbitration, BFSI compliance & due diligence, white-collar crime defence, and intellectual property litigation. I’m also an Empanelled Arbitrator (IIAM) conducting ODR proceedings while pursuing my LLM in Corporate Law.

In my current role as a Legal Associate, I advise banking and financial-sector clients on regulatory compliance frameworks, including KYC/AML obligations and pre-transaction due diligence under RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI guidelines. I handle end-to-end CIRP matters before NCLT benches, and I support fraud and financial offence matters involving PMLA and regulatory violations through coordinated forensic and compliance inputs. I also manage trademark prosecution, copyright disputes, and passing-off actions, while advising start-ups and established brands on IP protection strategies.

I bring strong courtroom and regulatory acumen into my dispute work—conducting and representing clients in arbitral proceedings with filings and awards aligned with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. As an IIAM empanelled arbitrator, I focus on expeditious, technology-enabled resolution through hearings, case management conferences, and interim orders, and I complement this with legal research and contract-drafting automation experience from my legal-tech work.
