I'm looking to apply my technical eCommerce background to product roles where I can turn user and operational pain points into measurable, self-serve products through research, clear requirements, and Agile delivery.

I've delivered self-serve tools at Zeitgeist Retail that eliminated reporting dependencies, automated inventory synchronization, and cut Amazon A+ content entry time by 75% per SKU.
