In my previous role as a Recruitment Coordinator at Speechify, I coordinated the end-to-end recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications. I maintained and monitored the job pipeline using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless workflow aligned with company objectives. My ability to review and shortlist candidate profiles, conduct research, and engage with potential candidates has been instrumental in streamlining recruitment tasks efficiently.
