I am an MPHIL graduate in Commerce with strong academic achievement and practical exposure to HR and recruitment. I hold gold medals in M.Com (CA) and M.Phil Commerce and have published academic research.

I bring hands-on experience coordinating academic and administrative processes as a teacher, and I designed learning modules that demonstrate my strengths in training and development. I have led campus HR activities and organized multiple conclaves and guest lectures.

My technical proficiency includes MS Office, Google Workspace and experience using major job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Shine. I am practiced in the recruitment lifecycle, resume screening, interview coordination, and HR logistics from campus placement drives.
