I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Numbro Consulting Private Limited, sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles against client requirements, and shortlisting candidates for open roles.

I conduct preliminary telephonic screenings, schedule interviews, and stay connected with candidates throughout the process until joining. I also work with Project Managers to understand job descriptions and hiring needs.

Alongside recruitment, I've maintained candidate and client databases, supported HRMS and attendance activities, and handled client interaction and lead-conversion calls. My MBA in Finance and HR supports my practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment coordination.

More recently, I planned and delivered classroom lessons at Joyland International School, using Smartboard technology and educational software while maintaining student records and parent communication.
