At EP-Dent Dental Clinic, I run bookings and reception, plan daily capacity with the clinical team, and maintain patient records and payments.
At Vardhaman Hospital, I led day-to-day dental service operations across multiple clinic sites. I redesigned appointment and consultation workflows to reduce waiting times, introduced centralised scheduling and recall workflows, and organised rural dental camps with government, NGO and public health partners.
At Coventry University London, I build healthcare partnerships and hosted the Contemporary Global Healthcare podcast. I also set editorial direction for the Global Healthcare Management & Leadership magazine and contributed to a COIL project with Makerere University applying GIS to malaria prevention.
