At ZS Associates, I design sales territories, optimize FTE allocation, and translate complex commercial data into executive recommendations for life sciences clients.

For DSI, I used market potential, geography, and workload analysis to create optimal territory alignments and identify high-potential hiring cities. For Otsuka, I supported sales force downsizing and built sizing models spanning workload, affordability, coverage, and financial response curves to recommend commercially aligned FTE counts.

I also worked on marketing mix optimization for CSL Plasma, validating donations, media, and CRM data with SQL and Excel before building regression-based promotion response models. My analyses quantified channel impact, ROI, mROI, saturation, and budget reallocation opportunities to improve spend efficiency.

Beyond client work, I've built an SQL and Power BI loan portfolio dashboard and developed market-entry strategy for AU Bullions. I enjoy connecting analytics, visualization, and practical business decisions.
