What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an international or India-based global payroll role where I can apply India statutory payroll knowledge, payroll validation and reconciliation experience, and multi-location HR operations support.

I manage payroll operations across 10 sites at S7 Holdings, validating attendance, leave, salary, deduction and employee-status data before monthly processing.

I coordinate statutory compliance and taxation documentation with Finance and Chartered Accountant teams, maintain payroll records in TankhaPay, and consolidate reporting for management sign-off.

I've also supported payroll and HR operations through Keka and spent five years administering workforce and payroll records in Xero for an approximately 250-employee operation in Australia.
