I’m an M.A. in Psychology graduate with a strong focus on analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and delivering dependable support in fast-paced environments. I bring professional experience handling customer interactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

In customer care, I managed inbound and outbound calls, responded to inquiries, resolved complaints, and followed up to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction. I also escalated complex issues, coordinated on pending payments and reminders, and maintained MIS reports while updating collection status in systems/databases.

As a social media manager and office coordinator, I developed and executed social media strategies to increase brand awareness, managed company accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, and created engaging content such as posts, reels, captions, and creatives. I designed content calendars, monitored trends and performance metrics, ran paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads basics), prepared monthly reports, and coordinated with designers, content creators, and marketing for consistent brand collaborations and influencer coordination.
