I’m currently a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer at Stanbic IBTC, where I establish and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards across operations. I perform regular inspections, track quality metrics like defect rates and non-conformances, and analyze trends to drive improvement. I also ensure products and services meet industry regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.
Before that, I worked as an Agent Support Consultant at Stanbic IBTC (Lagos) from March 2023 to March 2025. I supported clients with business analysis, documentation, and data modeling, and I helped bridge customer needs with management and sales by recommending appropriate solutions. I onboarded and managed new client accounts to boost retention rates and delivered outstanding service to maintain and extend client relationships.
Earlier, I served as an Academic Instructor at FUTO International School in Owerri from May 2021 to April 2022. I planned and implemented integrated lessons, supported student development through engaging activities, and graded assignments and coursework. I communicated frequently with parents, students, and faculty to provide feedback and refine instructional strategies, especially for diverse learners.

I actively sought potential customers, communicated product value propositions, addressed concerns, and finalized sales agreements.
