At Northline corp, I provide first-line technical support for Windows users, troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, application, and network issues. I also assist with account access and apply security principles such as least privilege.
In my IT Support/Assistant internship at ICT Directorate, university of Ilesha, I supported computer systems, installed and updated Windows and Linux operating systems, and performed routine maintenance. In my home lab and remote projects, I’ve practiced Windows Server and Active Directory administration, network troubleshooting, and security monitoring with tools including Wireshark, Nessus, and Nmap.
