I arrange and oversee truck shipments across the United States, making sure deliveries run smoothly from load selection through invoicing. I find suitable loads for drivers based on their preferences, negotiate rates with brokers/customers, and translate broker information into clear guidance for drivers.

I also help manage the delivery itself by tracking drivers and addressing problems as they arise. Alongside operations, I manage data and paperwork to keep every shipment accurate and on time.

Before logistics, I built strong teaching and curriculum skills as a self-employed English Language Tutor. I designed curricula, adapted to students’ daily needs, and supported learning across grammar, comprehension, creative writing, vocabulary enrichment, and literature analysis.
