What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a cloud support, IT support, or systems administration role where I can troubleshoot infrastructure, strengthen cloud operations, and grow toward cloud security engineering.

I've built and supported AWS infrastructure including multi-AZ VPCs, private EC2 deployments, Application Load Balancers, RDS connectivity, DynamoDB-backed applications, S3, and CloudFront. My projects focus on secure access, least-privilege IAM, incident troubleshooting, and documented operational procedures.

In IT support roles at DM Holdings and BAT Computer Technologies, I provide Level-1 support for hardware, Windows systems, printers, enterprise applications, user access, and LAN connectivity. I'm preparing for Azure Administrator certification and building toward cloud security engineering.
