What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve digital payment, collection, remittance, or partner-led products where I can combine customer discovery, commercial strategy, API integration exposure, and cross-functional delivery.

At Zenith Bank, I develop and manage digital payment and collection products including ZMandate Direct Debit, Xpath, e-BillsPay, Remita, PayDirect, e-Affidavit, Virtual Managed Account Service and GlobalPay. I translate customer, market, revenue and regulatory needs into business cases, requirements, roadmap priorities, UAT, launches and continuous product improvements.

I work across Technology, Operations, Legal, vendors, payment switches and commercial teams to deliver partner-led payment solutions. I also engage businesses directly to uncover payment pain points, support API and integration discussions, onboard merchants, and strengthen adoption across direct debit and enterprise collections.
