At Fidelity Bank, I manage PayGatePlus, POS, Corporate Online Banking, Mobile Banking and USSD products, using transaction data, customer feedback and operational insights to improve performance. My work contributed to raising payment success from 93% to 98% and transaction completion from 22% to 31%.
I also monitor a payments and collections platform processing more than $4B in monthly transaction volume and $70M+ in monthly collections. I turn customer, business and operational problems into requirements, user stories, UAT plans and release-ready improvements.
Alongside this, I’m building Syncra, an AI-powered personal finance platform, from customer problem definition through MVP, transaction workflows, budgeting, debt management, savings goals and payment integration. Previously at GTBank, I led relationship management for 200,000+ customers, grew a managed portfolio from approximately $10M to more than $13M, and delivered 73% year-on-year profit growth.
