I'm looking to lead fintech and payments products from strategy through launch and scale, partnering with cross-functional teams to solve customer needs, grow revenue, and deliver compliant, data-informed product experiences.

At Venture Garden Group, I own product strategy and roadmaps for merchant and agency banking products, driving approximately 85% growth in monthly revenue across a portfolio of two or more products.

I've designed and launched a full local and international payment gateway with automated onboarding, KYC verification, fraud monitoring, and integrated admin and customer portals. I also helped support the company's transition from B2B to B2B2C/B2C, contributing to 5–15% month-on-month revenue growth.

I work closely with engineering, leadership, product marketing, and go-to-market teams to turn market needs into prioritised requirements, technical specifications, and reliable releases. My approach combines agile delivery, customer feedback loops, user data, product metrics, and regulatory compliance.

Earlier at Venture Garden Group, I grew terminal deployment by more than 400% across Nigeria and helped drive a 200%+ increase in transaction value. I also lead and mentor product and support talent, with a focus on practical delivery and customer outcomes.
