What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote customer support, customer service, remote assistant, or client support role where I can use my communication, patience, problem-solving and organization skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Through my freelance and organizational projects, I communicate with clients, students, members and stakeholders to understand requests and provide appropriate support. I handle enquiries, revisions, feedback and service concerns while keeping communication clear and workflows organized.

As Public Relations Officer and Graphic Designer for GOFAMINT Students’ Fellowship, FUOYE Chapter, I managed publicity and responded to enquiries. I also designed flyers, announcements and social media materials.

At NAOSS, FUOYE Chapter, I supported communication between the association, students, executives and stakeholders. I use Microsoft Office, Google tools and creative software for digital and administrative tasks, and I’m seeking a remote customer support, customer service, remote assistant or client support role.
