At the Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Sports Office of Mimika Regency, I led planning, monitoring, and evaluation for the sub-division’s programs and supervised ten staff. I also coordinated with regional and national government entities to attract investment and support program goals.
At the Regional Revenue Office of Mimika Regency, I prepared audit documents and reports, reconciled tax receipts and other income, and monitored budget performance. I was promoted to Acting Head of the General and Personnel Sub-Division after one year, where I supervised five staff.
At Tsinghua University, I completed a Master of Public Administration focused on international development. My thesis compared green city development programs by evaluating waste management policy in Surabaya and Kitakyushu; I also use R, SPSS, and SmartPLS for policy analysis and research.
